You know those months where everything’s calm, then someone quietly ships a pile of fixes and a neat tool drops in the Marketplace? That was September. Light on drama, heavy on usefulness. Here’s what shipped, what we learned, and who made it happen.
Core release: 9.4.4 is out
If you’re on 9.4.3, go ahead and move to 9.4.4. It cleans up important bugs, adds configurable logout behavior, and logs stack traces for uncaught exceptions. Translation, fewer gotchas, more insight when something does go sideways. Read the short announcement, then dive into the full notes when you’re ready to hit upgrade.

Marketplace: LLMS.TXT Generator
From De Webmakers comes Large Language Models Generator, a task that compiles a clean Markdown list of site content for LLMs to ingest. Think “sitemap task,” only for models that prefer structured text. It’s a small add-on that helps your content get understood correctly by modern AI tools. The listing mentions generating an llms.txt style artifact, which many in the industry are experimenting with. Price tag: $15. Concrete CMS Marketplace
Sites in the Wild: Badger Meter’s field tool
This month’s spotlight goes to Badger Meter, where Trivera built an internal tool that helps field teams select the right meter, enter readings, and send accurate data to billing. It replaces paper plus calculator workflows, which, let’s be honest, were begging for errors. The end result, fewer billing headaches and faster work in the field. Badger Meter
If you need a partner who knows Concrete inside and out, Trivera has a long track record with the platform.
AI chat: what actually works in day-to-day Concrete dev
The short answer, AI can accelerate your workflow, as long as you give it guardrails. The team’s guidance was pragmatic. Use AI to scaffold unit tests and block boilerplate when you already understand the code. Keep it integrated in your editor, then test early and often so you catch those “confident but unnecessary” lines before they spread. For site builders, AI can spit out Bootstrap markup and block templates quickly, although you will still want to refactor styles into proper assets for maintainability. PRB appreciation corner
The Peer Review Board keeps Marketplace quality high, which helps everyone ship with confidence. If you plan to submit an add-on or theme, read the submission rules first, then save yourself a round of back-and-forth by including clear docs and testing notes. Friendly reminder, being nice to reviewers tends to speed things along.
Shout-outs
Huge thanks to everyone pushing code, filing issues, and improving docs. Community momentum is how we close long-standing bugs and keep upgrades smooth for thousands of sites.
