Concrete CMS 9.4.0 Released
We’re proud to officially release Concrete CMS 9.4.0 — a feature-packed update that brings modern design options, smarter automation, and better tools for site editors, developers, and content teams.
Here’s what’s new in 9.4.0:
- Dark Mode for the CMS and Dashboard — set your interface to light, dark, or follow your device’s settings.
- 5 new Atomik theme skins, including Midnight Velvet, a dark-mode-friendly design.
- Boards now auto-refresh — no more manually regenerating boards when content changes.
- Smarter background tasks with better error handling, logging, and recovery tools.
- Open Graph support added to the core for better social sharing previews.
- A new Appearance Dashboard page to control theme settings and accessibility.
- Bulk editing tools in the Dashboard for page types, templates, themes, and caching.
- Better file tracking with a new “Total Downloads” column in the File Manager.
- Major improvements to import/export, Express objects, multilingual setups, and more.
Note: Go straight to 9.4.1 when upgrading, which includes additional fixes.
